I hope it's kosher for me to ask this question here. I'd like to try a K&K pickup in one of my guitars. They sell direct from their web site "Outlet Store", but if somebody here is a dealer and can give me a good price, it could be a win-win for both of us. I'll leave it to you to decide whether you want to just pm me or make it public.

Thanks!

You can be a dealer too, they don't require much info, and you don't have to order but one. I think they discount 55%, but you can just about get that from an ebay dealer.

They have a luthier/builder price list, just call or email them. 50% off if I recall. Nice people.

I am, but you can be, too. Call them, 544 888 3517, x807, tell Christy I sent you. You want the Pure Western Mini.

BTW- I find that, to my ears, 2 transducers sound better that 3, nearly always. K&K originally offered
the Pure Western as a 2 head system. 3 heads often produce more midrange than I care to hear, and the D&G strings can be a little strident.

Thanks, everybody, for the responses. I did actually inquire about becoming a dealer, and got an email from Christy with the info about it. I will likely do that at some point, but I want to give their products a try first. Anyway, I've gotten a couple of very nice offers by pm, so I'm all set for now.

Thanks again -

Todd (and others) I do regulary order from K and K and offer the same prices as they advertise on the Web. If you are in the US it is probably better to just go direct (I am in Canada, just up the Coast from K and K in Oregon). The real benefit is the "one stop shop" aspect. I try to stock everything (except strings) required to build an acoustic guitar. Having said all of this, if somebody wants some K and K stuff (the product IS awesome) I will indeed get it for you, just let me know!

Thanks

Shane
