Joe sent me picts. This is a OO single cone biscuit bridge resonator. My first attempt at a resonator.
Cocobolo back and sides. Curly cedar top epoxied to spruce. Slotted headstock.
Unusual "f" holes
He is doing a great job as usual. I asked for a sunburst neck.

Andy, I visited Joe on Monday to pick up a guitar that he finished for me. Ask him how much drool I got on your nice Cocobolo! I would kill for a set like that.

Wow, Andy, that's very cool, but someone put a big hole in your sound board. Did Joe do that? :D

Very nice, Andy. What Mike said about that Coco set. I also saw this in the raw and was very impressed. Looking forward to seeing this when strung up for battle!

Gorgeous, Andy. Isn't cocobolo the most amazing wood? I love it.

What's the deal with Michigan? It seems like half the luthiers in the world live there. Maybe just this little OLF world. Seriously, is there some sort of mystery vortex there or something? :)

Darrin, It could be some decendents from the old Gibson Kalamazoo days?
