I set mine back .5625" 10mm brad point for the drill

I offset 1/2" from the edge. I use a 25/64" bit to drill for tuner holes.

1/2 to 9/16ths offset .. 3/8 hole, then ream to fit.

Michael my friend is there any particular reason why you use .5625" as your set-back spec?

Because he's an engineer and thinks in decimal inches instead of fractions of an inch :D

0.5625"=9/16"
