How to add a photo in a PM? Maybe I'm missing something, but the "Img" won't let me paste an image in a PM...

Hey Larry, as far as I can tell, there's no upload feature in the PM area. I've done it by uploading my images via the "Add the file" button found when replying normally to a thread. Preview (but don't post) your "reply". Right click on the image and copy the file location.
Embed it in your PM message between the image codes something like this:

'[img]'http://www.luthiersforum.com/forum/download/file.php?mode=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'[/img]'

You can preview the PM to make sure the link works. Discard the post you used to upload the files. It's very manual and a little convoluted, but it works.
