It's a little telling that they use a different truss rod in their ######### guitars.
If your neck is removed, can the truss rod be replaced, without taking the fret board off. His message seems to suggest that they can.
Anyway, sorry you are having to deal with this.

They say is can be, but I wouldn't put that style back in anyway so it's a moot point-I am sticking with the Martin style 2 way rod which takes a deeper and narrower rout.

Right. I am also sticking with the Martin style 2-way rod. I just got a few in from Blues Creek.
