hello all

just got a woodcraft flyer. in it they have the jet 16/32 sander on sale for 799. seems like a pretty good price to me.

I also have the Performax 16/32. It's a great design and very stable. I use it to thickness sand neck laminates (and other stuff) and it does a great job.

I also have he Performax 16/32. It is a very good machine and I have used it happily for about 5 years. Depending on what is included with it, that is a very good price - about $200.00 off.

Unless you just have to buy it new, I would suggest using Craiglook.com (a website that searches Craigslist nationwide) to find a nice use 16 -32. They show up fairly often and generally at a substantial discount. I hunted for a while and found a Preformax 16-32 for $350 a few hours from where I live. It works great and is a real time saver. That does seem to be a sweet deal for a new one though.
