After 12 years, I finally finished an acoustic. I can't tell you how happy I am to have finally gotten over the hump, and I credit much of it to you all. Thank you.

Does anyone know how to contact Hesh? I'd love to share it with him, but I don't think he's posted in a while.

It sounds real nice James, now you can finish the others. Do you think it was worth the 12 year journey?

James : Congrats, great job. I think you should has a great feeling of pride. YOU DID NOT GIVE UP!!!! The battle is over and you won.....but the war continues, get the others done. Perfectionism,a double edged sword. Just like a very good ear,a blessing and a curse. Again super job all around.

congratulations!!!

last week I was in the garage sanding the back on my first in the garage and I could feel the songs coming out of it with every stroke.

I know what you mean when you say this one was special. Your guitar really sounds great. I hope to join you in the next 6 months as I wrap up my number one.

just got the last bits of wood from the zoot man today,
mike's got our zipflex on the way,
that makes this a pretty good day.

Thanks, Heath! Maybe when there are a few more under my belt we can compare!

Lars, thanks. When you've been playing the same things for years, they start to sound OK, lol.

Rono, just keep at it. Don't throw it in the dumpster like I did mine :)

Filippo, the sound is really close to what my goal was. I worked for a while to find a mic position that gave as true a representation as possible. It comes through if you listen with headphones.

Congratulations James! Hard to believe you kept after it for 12 years.
Way To Go man! The first one is always a great accomplishment - especially
in your case. The next one should be a little bit quicker to build eh? :D
She sounds sweet by the way.
