Here is a nice set of Madagascar Rosewood large enough for an OM. It is a very nice set with great tap tone. If the grain near the waist bothers you it completely falls outside of the pattern on 00 size guitars. The sides are stunning.

Retail value for this set is $275, but a bid of $225 ends the auction early and gets free domestic shipping. There is a reserve on this set of $175.

The auction ends tomorrow (THURSDAY) at 3PM EST.

Good Luck.

yeah, it is a knot, but it has a bit of swirly grain around it. It falls completely out of the pattern on my 00 size guitar.

Well I know the reserve is $175, but if nobody else is going to bid, I might as well put up an offer of $130 for it and see if I get lucky :)

No, we need to get the reserve, but thanks for the offer.

It has been a while since we air balled one of these. ;-)

Hi - I love the stuff, but how would you get the back and sides to match in colour?

Laurie

They are actually a closer match than they appear in the pictures, and when you hit them with a solvent or epoxy they end up pretty much the same color.

I sold John Osthoff a set a few years back that the sides were off from the batch pretty significantly and when I saw the guitar her made with it at one of the shows I was very surprised at how close the match was.

Yeah, I can't say about this one. It came from Allied.
