You could add some more T8 fixtures, or switch them over to T5 HO units. Just get more total lumens.

As for colour rendition in your photography, don't rely entirely upon your camera's auto colour setting. I find that when I used the auto setting it would always render the image too cool. I usually manually set the camera to daylight or cloudy. Try taking a sample photo using each colour setting and evaluate the results.
