Folks,
Our apologies for the huge delay. We really can only move as fast as our CNC guy.
A long story made short is that our CNC guy makes nil cutting this stuff for us. Hes a friend of one of our OLF'ers and does this on the cheap for us. So, as we moved toward the end of last year his business picked up considerably and we continued to get bumped.
No other excuse, he just cant make our stuff a priority if there is "real" work there to be done. We benefit by getting a great price on what he does for us. In my opinion its a worthy trade off.

NOW, on to the templates. Yesterday I took delivery of the MJ templates complete with hardened steel bushings in the indexing holes. They look fantastic!

Here is what were going to do.
IF you ordered JUST the MJ template we will be shipping it this week, if you ordered the three pack, or the MJ along with any other template well be holding off and sending them together.
We will have the SJ and OM's by the end of this week.

I hope this is satisfactory, we truly are doing the best we can with this.
Here are a few not so great pics I took this morning before leaving for work.

Thanks again!

Indeed! We totally intend on doing this again, its clear that patience is the key factor. I am very happy though to be wrapping this project up!

Please feel free to comment in this thread if you didn't get in on the first order and would be interested in getting in on the next, knowing in advance that the delays are probable.
Needless to say, if we were tooled up for this personally, it would have been done long ago.

I ordered all three templates and will be looking forward to receiving them. Do you know of a source for the hardened steel bushings that are used in the templates. I would like to use these bushings with some other fixtures.

Drill Bushings are available in many sizes and configurations from McMaster-Carr.

I've always been pleased with their service, especially since many of my orders
are pretty small for such a big house.
