Thanks Steve, But I don't get that drop down, never happens. I am getting a red message accross the top that says file to big. Do you have to go through Photo bucket where you can down size the pics?

That's what you need to do. I use Picassa and get them down to around 800K.

Go here - http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx and download the image resizer on the right side towards the bottom of the page. It is a half a meg in size and simple to use. Just right click over the picture file and it gives you a number of options on how large/small to make a copy of your picture. It defaults to make a copy and not change the original. Afterwards I just upload to Photobucket and presto!

You don't have to open a program - it is an add on to the operating system. I have been using it for a week - works great even if it's limited. I hope this helps.
