All -

I love this forum - and it's quickly taking up those 15 minutes of "break time" from work that would otherwise be spent on timewasters such as Facebook, etc. God bless you all - I really feel like I'm learning more about building while reading about what I really find interesting.

Is there somewhere on the forum that I can learn about how to look at my comments, and those that followed, to see what followup comments were?, or navigate in other ways - I see references to "bump"ing previous posts to bring them up again.

I'm sure it's here somewhere - just can't find it. Thanks!

On the top right hand, just below the icons for FAQ, Search, Members, and User Control Panel, is a link called "view your posts." Click on it and you will get a list of everything you've posted in the past.

Corky,

I'm not a great expert, but I can help with a couple of your questions. If you look over to the
far right side of the page, between the wide brown "Official Luthiers Forum!" band, and the narrow
white band that shows where you are in the forum, you will see "View your posts". If you click on
that, it will take you to a page showing the posts you replied to, and you can follow them to see
what people have said after you posted.

"Bumping", as I understand it, happens each time there is a new reply to a post. It get's moved up
to the top of the pile, as it were.

Maybe you are already used to searching forums, but if not, using the "Search" option is an easy
way to find all the threads relating to a particular subject. Be sure to search the archives as well
as the active posts.

Hope this helps...

Thanks all! "View your posts" - I must have been looking right through it!
