Hello,

I'm searching for a (acrylic) contour template of the OLF Small Jumbo.

Does somebody know a company that supplies this kind of template?

Or does someone already made one from a CNC file which she/he is willing to share?

Kind regards,

Edzard

I do not believe anyone make one. The plans are full scale so it would be easy to trace and cut. assume you are refering to side profile template.

Hello Michael,

Thanks for your answer!

I'm looking for the "full body" template, like LMI has for the J200.

I'll guess I have to start up Autocad and start (re)drawing and feed it to a CNC machine....After all I want an *exact* copy of the contour.

Regards,

Edzard

I can provide the DXf of the body shape. Now the contour as in body profile with domed contour I don’t have that cloud pattern. I know this is no help to you right now but I am about to have a conversation with Stewmac about accessories for the plans like the shape profile with bracing patterns position marks slots and sound hole center. If that conversation goes anywhere I would expect 90 to 120 day before the product could be ready day at best. If they go for the Idea.

That would be extremely helpful and time saving. Thanks.

I think that would be a great addition to the plans (I wondered already why they didn't supply it with the plans) and give it a finishing touch.

I just presented the idea make available flat body profiles with bracing and sound hole indexes to Jay at Stewmac. We will see what their intrest is. I promice nothing

Back to your question, Once again I can save you the drawing time and provide a DXF of the body shape. but I will need you to email me either a phot of the the titleblock from the plans or an invoice from stewmac for the plans as i can not provide the DXF file without proof of purchase.

That's fair enough. I will send you a PM this evening.

Thanks again for your trouble.
