Why don't you give Gibson a call and see who they recommend?
Because Gibson is the
last place I would trust with any recommendations about vintage Gibson instruments.
Phil Jacoby in Baltimore is certainly good, or Jeff Hostetter and Amy Hopkins are just up the road across the border in New Freedom, PA. I don't know how far either of them are backed up, but both certainly have the credentials and capabilities to take on these old pieces.
Any more specifics about the instrument or work that it needs? Recommendations for the usual neck, bridge, fret work recommendations may vary a bit from cosmetic restoration work as well.
Edit: I guess I should read the title a bit more carefully - Neck reset, fret work. I'd say either Phil or Jeff and Amy would be appropriate. I'm sure there are others, but those are the two nearest I personally know of.
