Image Hesh! Good to see you in action again and working on what you might want to call your "Tarmacaddam" series of guitars (you know, "black top"! laughing6-hehe ). I expect great things! Keep the work flowing sir!

Cheers,
Dave F.

bliss :D Well I took the other half of my road trip to Joe White's yesterday to pick-up my latest guitar and thought that I would post some pics. :)

First Joe took only 8-9 days to finish this puppy which has to be a record!!! Thanks Joe!!! [:Y:] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap]

Next since I weighed this one prior to visiting Joe naturally I wanted to see how much weight a Cat Poly finish adds. According to my scale the finish added just under 2 ounces! This is the second lightest finish that I have ever weighed with my French polish coming in at about 1 ounce.

While I was at Joe's we took a micrometer to the finish in the bridge area and were thrilled to see that it was .0035 thick!

Here are some pics:

I won't be able to do the final set-up on this one for several weeks due to prior commitments but needless to say I am thrilled with the beautiful finish that Joe White did for me.

Thanks for looking! :)

Wow, Hesh, what a spectacular guitar!!! Unbelievably clean. The finish looks amazing. It's something I can aspire to. As far as being a one trick pony, I suppose it's better than being a no trick pony (like me). I hope my first looks and sounds like half of your Cuban beauty. I'm sure your rythm will re-establish itself in no time. Well done [clap]
