thanks for the reply guys but target seem to be contractually obliged not to tell us how similar or not there stuff is from colortone i seem to get a frosty reception whenever i ask them,,,,,,,,

It should be the Oxford Ultima Spray Lacquer. The name years ago was Oxford Premium Spray Lacquer (I've still got a can I never got around to spraying....ouch). If you will notice, both Oxford Ultima and Colortone state that they are acrylic waterbased lacquer. I'd bet this is it.
