Hi All,
just come across this forum - fantastic!
I hope to be posting loads, getting to know you all and learning a lot. I think sharing information is so important in Luthierie and the net gives us an oportunity no other generation has had.

There are a few of us in NZ - a lot of guitars getting played here.
The one in my pic is a Jap copy and has no right to be as good as it is. Some of them just have magic

Tell us a bit about your build history.
Back in 1968-69 I was in grade 9. our band had a lead singer named Rob Guest, he was from New Zealand and he moved back in 1970.
I understand he is quite a star in New Zealand. Ever heard of him?
