Saw Todd's digital thermometer/thermocouple on his side bending vid. Couldn't find one at HF.
Any one know where to buy one?

I don't remember what Todd used, but lots of decent multimeters have a thermometer setting. Mine came from Sears. I think the thermocouple (is it called a thermister?) was about $10-$15 extra. Seems to be pretty stable and consistent.

Inexpensive digital thermometers are available in the cooking accesory sections of larger discount stores like WalMart or Target. I got one for about $10 and it worked fine in my Fox style bender. Make sure the temp range goes higher than 300F. Some of them don't.

I didn't like messing with the router contol so I eventually changed mine to a thermocouple based temperature controller for the blanket. Cost quite a bit more but now I just set the temperature I want.
