In the US - at least some states - mostly pure grain alcohol (180 or 190 proof) is sold as Everclear in liquor stores.

Liquor store sold as everclear.

DA can be bought by 18 and over everclear is liquor so drinking age applies

im gonna have to go with DA though, because in the uk i have never seen a liqour store, or everclear!
