I went over to a friends who just got Aspire 3.0 Worked this up. Very nice program. Has some nice features. Still not Artcam in many ways but catching up quickly.

Thanks

No it is Hard maple(added amber tint in the prewash shellac, before the lacquer). I used a 1/4" ball for rough out 0.050 allowance. 1/16th" tapered ball for finish(precise bits), a 1/2" 90* V for the text. 1/4" endmill for the oval cutout from the back.
The oval mirror is a 5x7. My speeds and feeds were 150IPM feed and 40IPM plunge for all except the cutout on the back. Where I used 100IPM Feed and 20 Plunge at 0.125cut depths. On the 1/16th I stepped over at 0.005 for an almost no sand finish.

:)
