Free Knockdown Spray Booth in New Smyrna Beach, FL

I'm moving in a few weeks (August 1st). I will be setting up a permanent spray booth at my new location. It could be easily made in a few hours and $50 worth of wood but I hate to throw it away if someone could use it. (I will be keeping the yellow extraction fan.) If nobody wants it then I'll go ahead and put it out on the street. Although it isn't an ideal setup, it does work well and kept my shop air clean while I applied my finishes (2k Urethane and now nitrocellulose lacquer). So if you fellas know of anybody at all that could use this thing, I'd love to give it to them. It is in great shape.

I'm also selling my Oneida Supercell and Minimax bandsaw and a FUJI HVLP Mini Mite 4. Craigslist links below if interested. If anybody has any questions about the Supercell, feel free to give me a call (my number can be found on my website http://www.fayguitars.com). It is a really interesting dust collector and allowed me to setup permanent flex hose ductwork in a shop scenario that would have otherwise been extremely challenging. For me, it has been a godsend these past 3 years. For certain shop scenarios, there's nothing else quite like it.

I don't post on forums much anymore but I do still check in here every once in a while. I hope you and yours are all doing well and enjoying life !!!

All the Best,
Simon

Man that saw though…I expect something like that is not shippable.

Good luck with the move!

Hi Ed,
It could be crated and shipped -- usually they lay them flat on their spine. You're in Vancouver, right -- so freight would be a lot and I'm not sure if Trump tariffs would be relevant for something like this. You're welcome to get a quote if you want ... but probably easier to just keep looking for something local. SearchTempest and www.irsauctions.com are good ways to find stuff -- I picked up my Kindt-Collins spindle sander that way. I've seen some massive industrial Tannewitz bandsaws sell for next to nothing.

I’m sure shipping is a pipe dream cost wise. I’ll check the auction sites!
