Has anyone communicated with UVIII recently. I have not been able to get any response from them.

Hi Joe,

I haven’t contacted them in almost a year. If you aren’t already, you might try contacting Elliot directly, he’s always been responsive in the past. It’s just his name at UV3.com.

If you learn any news about any changes coming with their business please share.

Brad

Joe--

My last contact with them was last year, maybe 6 months ago, but they were very helpful. I think it is a married couple who run the place, so it is possible they are behind on getting back to people. I would stick with it. If you are in a pinch and need a bulb, I might be able to sell you one. I have spares. Send me a PM if there is the possibility I could help. My bulbs are for the UN-4XL.

Thanks everyone! I'll just hang loose and give them time to catch up. Thanks for the bulb offer Don. My bulb is fine. I'm just seeking some info about my lamp. I guess you could say I'm restoring it. It's an older one that originally belonged to the late Kevin Gallagher/Omega guitars.

Joe—

They were very helpful when our younger dog chewed through the insulation on the cable running from the base unit to the handheld lamp. They sold me a replacement cable and gave very helpful instructions on how to switch it out. Good luck with the project.
