Did you guys notice that Stew Mac's mobil website recently went from bad to worse? Previously - it was difficult to use, but I could get through it... But today - YIKES!!!!! I tried to open it up to make an order - and it's a complete mess.. Menus won't open, incorrectly formatted everything.. Pictures run off screen and lock... Cascading multiple levels of Un-closable clicky boxes block everything..... What gives? I tried to send them an email - but it bounced.... This is super frustrating because I really love Stew Mac. Awesome customer service, fast shipping, high quality product, and cool paper catalogues... But a completely and totally nonfunctional mobil website. Here's a nice screen shot of what I got trying to use the site feedback.. |

I agree that in general, the mobile site is just bad, usable but pretty bad. I have been there a couple times and had the same experience; it was just completely unusable/unreadable and acting unstable. I sent some feedback the first time and they thanked me and said they were working on it. It sounds like it might be a transient thing on some platforms (I am using iOS). Perhaps they are in the middle of maintenance or updates. Try back in a little while. Hopefully, they will get it sorted out and it won't be annoying to use the mobile site in the future. |

It would be fine if there was a link that worked that dumped the mobil site and went to the desktop site... But that link is DOA and blocked by 50 other things that won't close... |
