I have a customer that wants a double neck acoustic guitar built...six string/ bouzouki....Any one have a suggestion on where I could buy a set of plans? I could, and will maybe have to , use a larger body guitar and use a pinless bridge...The bracing is my biggest concern...Larry

No plans, but there are photos of two different bracing solutions for two 6 string/12 string acoustics here:

Maybe there are some leads for more info in the thread.

Thank you very much... That is exactly what I am looking for..No disrespect to Martin Edwards but I like the bracing on Tony Carols guitar..

To be fair, aesthetically anyway, Martin's photo was taken before the braces were fully carved.

What's interesting to me is the big difference in the bridges relative to the x-braces. On Tony's guitar both bridges are captured between the x-braces while on Martin's the two bridges are on opposite sides of the x-brace joint. Tony mentioned that tuning one of the necks on his guitar messes up the tuning on the other neck. I wonder if that happens on Martin's guitar with the bridges separated like that.

Yes, I read that there was more finger braces to be installed and Im sure that it looked great when it was finished...I'm guessing that tuning would be a problem on both guitars...I would love to know how both these guitars held up over time...
