hard to tell from the photo but looks like saw marks from when the top was resawn on a bandsaw. |

They look like infeed roller planer marks. Taking a normal thickness cut on a planer removes these, but a really light pass or running stock a second time results in those lines. They don't look like bandsaw marks to me, but I've been wrong before... ![]() cheers |

From or for, either one helps. I think the debris is left over from the mouse nest I couldn't get totally cleaned out. This is a very early Bay State from an estate sale. |
