I've been doing a bunch of different modifications to factory guitars the past few years now... the most popular has been converting 12 fret 000's to a baritone scale length of 27 or 28.5". For these I make a new bolt-on neck using the original headstock and a new fretboard and shaft. Today I glued the fretboard on just like I've done countless times, but coming back to this scene after the glue dried made me slap myforehead and call myself a very bad name. Free bucket of sawdust to the first person who figures out why... |

That truss rod should slide into the exit hole. Maybe with some tender lovin' care. |
