I have a friend who has a very nice Taylor 5 series guitar, leather case etc. The handle broke on the case. There is a metal insert that pulled out or broke off. Is there a replacement handle (oem) or a preferred repair? Seems this is an issue from the little research I did. Maybe it's a warranty issue?
