I am looking to transfer from plastic template to 3/4" MDF to build up molds. I have a 1/4" laminate trimmer. Is there a trimmer bit with 1" of cutting depth and a smooth or bearing guide to follow the pattern?

Tons of them, just about anywhere you would shop for router bits. Here's a Woodcraft example;

But that's just one of many. Up spiral, down spiral, flush trim they're everywhere!!!!! Gyaaahhhh!!!

Thanks. I thought they should be everywhere, but my searches were incompetent.

Like Eric said, there are many to be had, but make sure that you cut within 1/8" of your line, and take a couple of passes to get the bearing to the template. And wear a mask!
