Do you have seen or does it even exists, undersaddle 1/4 width piezo pickup?

In wider saddle slots (I too use 3/16) I simply route a 1/8 channel in the centre of the slot bottom after routing the slot itself, and make it not quite as deep as the PU element is, so that you get good contact with the saddle bottom. It works fine.

Or machine a slot into the saddle itself.
