I haven’t been on the OLF for a quite a while but could use some assistance. My stressful job and my arthritis have kept me out of the garage for some time. My desire for building and my very few skills have waned to the point that I don’t have the same level of interest in building.
My emphasis was on ukuleles with a Spanish foot neck attachment and I will finish out my current builds (someday). Is there an experienced builder of steel strings in Southern California that would be interested in a trade to attach a dovetail neck, fret and setup a steel string project that I need to be completed? I am willing to trade a set of Brazilian and a (1 1/8” x 3”) 10ft piece of Mahogany for the work. If you are interested please contact me to hash out the details.
