Cremona Resonant Woods. http://www.cremonaresonantwoods.com/price_list.htm The sets I got from them were aged for 5 years. Here is a Bearclaw set I used on #11. Attachment: P1060880 (Large).JPG

Hey Peter: You should contact Art at Eurotonewood.com (sells on E-Bay) for Carpathian Spruce from the Ukraine. I asked him to send me six Master Grade tops and he handpicked some beautiful stuff with very close straight grain and perfect color. International Violin in Baltimore has some. I bought some there, but I'm no expert on grading. Ask Todd about the quality. |
