Post subject:  Looking for Italian or German Tops

Looking for a couple of Italian or German Spruce tops. Master grade or close only.
Anyone have some to spare?

Cremona Resonant Woods. http://www.cremonaresonantwoods.com/price_list.htm

The sets I got from them were aged for 5 years. Here is a Bearclaw set I used on #11.

That's possible. They sell cello and archtop wedges. I'd ask.

Hey Peter:

You should contact Art at Eurotonewood.com (sells on E-Bay) for Carpathian Spruce from the Ukraine. I asked him to send me six Master Grade tops and he handpicked some beautiful stuff with very close straight grain and perfect color.

By the way...you win my vote for building the most beautiful guitars I've ever seen.

International Violin in Baltimore has some. I bought some there, but I'm no expert on grading. Ask Todd about the quality.
