Congratulations on the maiden voyage of the Newsletter, Bob. It's perfect and suggestive of many more years of great service to the luthier community. Looking forward to next month's profile of nephew "Semper Fi" Mikey.

It's amazing to see how far you've come in the short 5 years since you began this venture. Best wishes and good luck in your continued success. It's so nice to see good things happen to good people! [:Y:] [clap] [clap] [clap] [:Y:]

My nephew Mike was anxious to send this out but it;s not bad for a first effort. We are looking for suggestions of anything you would like to see in future issues. So any and all ideas are welcome.

There is still time to sign up and get into the drawing for the free set of Honduran Rosewood. Cut-off date will be Monday August 25th. Winner will be announced in the Sept. issue.
Thanks to all that have signed up so far.

I'll see Sam's pint of Guinness and raise her one more!

Thanks for the great newsletter, Bob!

As for suggestions, how about an occasional bit of lore about the woods you sell, for instance, how osage orange has done such ignoble duty as fence posts in certain parts of the country, yet has attained such status among guitar builders because of its similarities to BRW?
