Building a Honduran Rosewood SS Dred with all wood trim. Hoping someone here knows where to get nice, highly figured Koa for binding and heel cap. Thanks, Chris |

I think Allied has some. You may wanna try Colonial Tonewoods also. |

You can check Volcano's website also. They are selling reduced price orphan side sets which are beautiful and perfect for cutting into binding, heel caps, headplates, whatever. |

Shane Niefer (High Mountain Tonewoods) has (or had a month ago) some nice curly koa bindings. Stew Mac also has some. |
