I don't know how but when I went back to check on my bias tape I found one strip that has a small air bubble under it(dime size). I used fish glue btw. Should I try and wet the bubble a little with some thinned fish glue and see if it will lay flat? Other than that, it went really well thanks to Hesh's instructions.

An air bubble huh... hmm, interesting... Got a needle? If it is an air bubble it might be worth a shot to try to pop it and re-apply some glue.
