Ernie, I get mine here. https://www.vacupress.com/product-categ ... ibond-800/ Darryl is a great guy and they have a veneering forum there that is packed with info.
You want the 800. You can get the powder (hardener) in different colors to match the wood color you are using. It has been reformulated to be low formaldehyde and requires much more careful mixing than previously. I like the old stuff better. Oh Well.

Thanks Link , being frugal and on a budget these days. I might forego this . It/s for just 1 set of sides in the future. I/ve got epoxy and the uf glues are available at the hdware store locally. thanks for posting

I have an old guitar (1800's) with sides and back of rosewood veneer laminated on spruce. Probably hammer veneered with HHG.

Ernie, The hardware store UF would work just fine. The big difference with Uni-bond is that Uni is formulated to work at a lower temp. So you just need to watch your temps. I mix and do the glue up in a cool shop and put my work under a UV heater. I can take curved work out of the press with no spring back in an 1 1/2 hours or less. Put some of the extra glue in a plastic bag next to your piece and you can monitor how the glue is curing. When it is hard in the bag you are good to go.

Thanks again Link I have a UV drying cabinet that goes to 110 deg F. I/ve got the vacuum Klamp sysytem, but have not built a bag. Just now getting back to lutherie after a 10 month absence. I would have to do a lot more veneering to substantiate the cost .But I hear you and I agree. I prefer the cleanest easiest way . The T3 worked well for some recycled barnwood white oak, and walnut veneer bought on sale. The width is only 74mm under 3in , but for rosewoods, and 3ply thicker builds .I think the unibond makes more sense in terms of use .I/ve used the UF to do a laminate on the gtr, but the shop was warm over 75 deg at the time..
