hello friends thanks for ur advice
i tried today on rought indian blank and im happy to see the results.
its perfectly cut to 325 mm at 12th fret without offset.
yes the board is little charred but after sanding the charred marks will go.

Wowie Zowie, that Mikron machine they picked up to cut fret slots is ~250-300K, maybe more (they're over 200K used for a machine a decade old)! I wonder if they've gotten the time down from the 185 seconds since 2008?
