Since you're local to me, I have an awesome collection of technical articles related to the science behind guitar acoustics that is mostly unpublished and as I recall it gets into spectral analysis as well. While I don't have full rights to distribute this information widely I'm willing to share it with at least luthiers around central Ohio. Perhaps I'll see if there are enough around through other methods to get a group together. Otherwise, we're nearby enough that I'd like to meet at some point anyways.

For the rest of the OLFers I'll check with the main author to see if he's cool with it if I pass his work around. It really is brilliant stuff and I was in talks with the author to use more advanced equipment that I had access to at the time to study the effects of adhesives on resonance to solve once and for all how much of a difference exists.
