Good Morning USA,

after doing lots of refrets, restoration work and setups I just need to work with some wood and my heavy machinery these days. I need some noise and dirt!

Following the link below you will find some pictures of my current work and my workshop. Still some piles of flitches of Rosewoods, Ebony, Cocobolo, Eucalyptus and others which are already planed to thickness and cut to dimension, but they still have to be resawn into sets.

I also did some Les Paul Tops earlier this autumn:

Some really nice wood Alex!!

I shouldn't look at pictures like that. Already suffer from too much wood/not enough time syndrome, but is fun to look at anyway.

Good Morning and thank you for your comments!

Now switching toning of my most favourite species.
Sawing into the needed raw dimension is done with my SCM sliding saw and a small jig I did myself for working faster. Looks strange, but works really fine.
But of course the first step is always to have a really close look at each board and find the best use for it.
These are the last boards I have to cut and plane before resawing, which will start after Christmas.

Cheers, Alex
