More expensive and a little smaller than the Griz. (16" vs 18")
No lift motor like the Griz has, but looks like it has a large hydraulic lift with a crank.
Maybe better, maybe not? I might have a chance to get a good deal on a used one.

While I don't own one and have no experience with this model... I do drool over powermatic tools... Generally high quality professional duty stuff...

My advice..
Investigate whether you can still buy new parts from the manufacturer for that specific model before you buy it....

Buying a machine and then finding out you are SOL on parts is heartbreaking...
