Any one have a source for some really cheap tuning machines that will fit a 10mm hole? A good friend dropped off a guitar he got for free on new years eve. It's a Rouge 12 string, a real disposable guitar, looks like it was made with hot melt glue. any way he got it for free cause it is missing it's tuners. Other than that it's like new, I figure whoever gave it to him bought it because it was cheaper than buying two sets of tuners from whatever.com. I thought the ones Stew mac sells for $21 were going to work but it turns out they are made for a 5/16 hole and these are 10mm holes. Yes I could get some bushings and maybe that's what I'll do, but that's another $16. I would rather just get some cheap tuners that fit.

I bought a couple of rogue 6 strings a few years back to use for autographs for different concerts my wife and I went to. I'll measure them and see how big they are and you can have them if they'd work.

I just checked my guitars, one of the should work. The hole measured 9.98mm. The other guitar had open gear tuners and measured about 6.6mm. If you'd like the one set just shoot me a message and let me know. I'm heading out of town for a few days, but I'll take them with me and can drop them in the mail Monday in you want. Thanks.

Stephen, Thanks for the offer. While my friend would not mind two different style tuners on the guitar, I can not let it leave my shop looking like that. Found some on e-bay for next to nothing so I'll give them a try.
