one of my customers has an old Gibson Dove with a totally broken bridge. He wants me to replace it with an original one if I can find one. Any one knows a source for one?

Thanks,

That sounds like a tough one. Maybe a luthier that has done repair work for many, many years might
have one in his stash of old bridges drawer .
I'm sure you could make an exact replica Peter.

Give Gibson a call. They will likely sell you one. It keeps one of their guitars in circulation! And you can't get more "original" than that. As if Gibson making it from the same wood as you can buy and probably do a better job really makes any difference......

Good Luck

Shane

I could make one but the time involved in such detail may not render it worth it. Maybe I'll give Gibson a shout.

Thanks guys!
