I've been wanting to either make a sitar, likely a small scale one for the sake of portability, or convert an old clunker archtop I've got into a Mohan-veena. For those who don't know what that is, it's essentially an archtop guitar fitted with sympathetic strings and jawari bridges, like this: http://marchahead.co.in/qimage/178/Q20090108.png
