This post is to affirm LMI as a great vendor.
Early this morning, I ordered The Big Red Book #2 online, and although the online transaction went OK, there was some doubt in my mind, as I had an error come up on IE at the point of transaction on the first try. Second went through without a problem, but I still had a gut feeling that I should keep an eye on things.
An hour or two later, the phone rang.
It was Warren with LMI.
We reaffirmed information, and all is well.
If anyone has thier doubts, I`ll vouch for `em.
On my last two orders, the items I purchased were very well packaged, and I am so thankful, because FED-EX dropped the first order in the snow last Feb at my back door (which is never used, nor has steps leading up to it), and I found it by chance three days later
The last was on the front step, but it was raining cats and dogs.
They didn`t even bother to make any sort of noise to indicate thier prescence.
NEVERTHELESS,
LMI does package very well and my orders showed up intact and undamaged! Believe-it-or-not!
Coe Franklin

We should all be thankful of all the amazing vendors that supply our craft!
I have seen LMI take it to another level on numerous occasions.... [clap]

I dealt with Bill Lewis in Vancouver,With Todd and the crew when he first bought out Bill and still do most of my business with LMI. Have not had one disappointment in my dealings with any of these folk...!I wish them continued success in the future for all of us that refuse to take part in the Luthiers 12 Step Program. [:Y:]

Not only is their customer service great, their packing peanuts are great too. Put them in water and watch them dissolve, it can keep you entertained the whole day. laughing6-hehe

Not only do they provide great service, but meeting them all in person, you really
understand why they do such a good job. They are all just good people.
