If you do, and your stand has the metal shelf, could you please measure the shelf width & length (if you have one)? Yes, I know the top & bottom are slightly different due to the slant angle of the legs. But I think I can get there with measurments of the top or bottom...just let me know which side you measured (top or bottom). Thanks so much!

Mike I've got one. I'm in for the night. I'll measure it first thing tomorrow.

Woody,

Thanks so much! I could measure it from the stand alone, but chances are, given the flex and all of that, I would get it wrong and end up torquing the legs improperly. I can't believe they ever sold these without the shelf. And drilled the holes in the legs to boot!

The top of the shelf measures 28 1/4" X 16 3/8". It's 21 3/16" from the top of the stand to the top of the shelf. Let me know if you need more measurements.

Funny thing happened. I have a 10-20. When I got the stand together, it was too wide. Would fit a 16-32 just fine. I missed that when I bought the item. Then the guy who sold it to me sent me a PDF manual explaining they only make one stand for both models. The end foot on the 10-20 is reversible. When I reversed it, all four holes lined up fine!

Yes, I can be such a doofus.
