Thanks for posting your process on this. I have struggled with how to do a good precise job on a wooden tiled rosette. Your process looks very straight forward.

Question - is your jig available commercially? That's a nice setup.

Stewart Macdonald, also will be coming out with their version sometime in 2017. From when I last spoke to them it sounded like Spring.

I followed your basic directions on a multi-piece rosette for my 2016 OLF challenge build. It works very well. I appreciate your jig even more now. It would probably have taken me well under half the time with the jig...
