Thanks,

As far as I can remember the nut is 43mm, I think I originally was going for 45, but well....I had to take it down a little :)

I'm now a good 600 miles or more from my shop, so no measurements to take for a while.

I'll try to post some photos of some of the spruce that I'm planting, my crew did about 20,000 last week, hoping for about 40,000 next week. I've got my hands full till I get back to my shop, but I'm hoping to pick up some nice billets from some of the big trees before I head home.

Well, its back to the woods for me...

Here's a photo of a little sitka we planted the other day, and a scene of where I'm planting.

I finally got this guitar finished and out of my shop. It was mostly finished earlier this summer, but needed a little fine tuning, so it sat collecting dust for about 4 months while I was away this summer working. I got back just a few weeks ago, and have been slowly getting my shop back into a workable space. So with the impending deadline I did a little fine tuning, took some slightly better pictures, and turned it over to my kids.

The pictures aren't that great, it was a lousy day for natural light and the little background I tried to set up is a bit sterile.

My son was kind enough to put a sound clip together for me, the guitar is a bit small even for someone at 13.

Excellent, beautiful Guitar, Theo. Wood choices are great. You did I really fantastic job of the arm bevel and I really like that style of cut-away.
I would like to see some close-ups as there looks to be some exciting things going on with the headstock and end-graft amongst others aspects.
Your son is a really talented player, niece relaxed style.
