It's my understanding that these are glued in with CA?

Using my standard technique of a slit in cardboard protected by AL foil over the bridge exposing the saddle with a heat lamp simply will not work like it easily does on true vintage hide glue ones. And I mean I got this sucker HOT and just will not budge.

What do y'all do? Just rout it out and start over?

I have seen one technique where you saw down the middle of the saddle with a razor saw until you near the bottom. Then squeeze it from the sides with pliers to break the two halves free.

I think I saw this on Frank Ford's site.

+1 for Barry’s suggestion. It has worked for me with hard to remove or broken glued in saddles. I have used a circular saw in a dremel tool it worked fine, just take your time.

Saw through worked like a charm, thanks.
