| Post subject: | Source for Acoustic Case Hinges? |
Does anyone have a source for offset hinges on plywood acoustic case, where the top overlaps the body? This is sometimes called an offset hinge. EVERYBODY sells the butt hinge where the top and bottom align (butt) together. A year of searching and I cant find offset hinges. Your help is appreciated. |

Good luck. The only suggestion that I have is to check with shoe and luggage repair shops. We get asked about case hardware and repair frequently and always send folks to luggage and shoe repair places. Don't know if they find what they are looking for though. |
