Just curious as to how you all would go about this fix.

Well, the crack extends from the end to a couple of frets north of there. Depending on the value of the guitar to the owner, maybe pulling the frets involved, fixing the crack, and reinstalling frets would be a good fix...Our luthier committee might speak up about the time/cost involved. But it would get the repair fully engaged along the length of crack. Or ignore it and play the thing. I don't walk around with a magnifying glass and without one, I don't think I'd notice such a crack. And I think it ain't structural.

Yep some CA, black, clear just use thin and immediately sand cross grain with 320 paper quad folded to smooth out any pressure points. You may need to do this 2 - 3 times in a row for a complete fill. Then hit the spot with the 320 in the grain direction. Follow up with OOOO steel wool on the entire board and frets in the grain direction (have the strings off of course...). Masking tape off any electronics when using steel wool. Follow that with Howard Feed-n-wax and I might let it soak in for a minute or two before being Michelangelo and removing the excess. I do the bridge too, it pops figure and looks nice and clean.

Regarding board conditioning the board is a canary for the rest of the guitar too AND my weatherman says that your weatherman is working overtime, are you humidifying where the guitar lives in this weather?

I built it about 7 years ago. I haven’t done any fretboard conditioning at all. (Lazy of me I know.) for the most part it hangs on the wall at home but I play it everyday and play about 50 shows during the summer.
He house stays between 45-60% all year. I know it’s not structural but noticed it awhile back and must’ve forgotten about it (6 kids will make you forget a lot lol)

I did buy some bore oil today. Does anyone use it? Or should I use lemon oil?

Get some Howard's Feed and Wax like Hesh suggested. Don't dink with faux "Lemon Oil".
