You got it. I've been working on Bon Jovi's "Wanted, Dead or Alive".

Wow, I LOVE it! It is so unique...almost like a negative of a photograph (does anyone even remember those anymore?). You did an amazing job, Jason! [:Y:] One of my best friends lives in Sparta, and if I ever get back that way, I'll PM you and see if we can visit....one Badger to another
Congratulations and can't wait to hear how she sounds.

Sparta is only about 40 minutes away. Yes, the top ended up alot darker than I expected and the b/s ended up alot lighter than expected. Oh well. I still like it.

So I kept track of the total time it took to make this guitar. I ended up with approx. 33 hours.

Nice! I can't imagine getting this done in nearly that amount of time. I spend more than 33 hours of scratching my head / sitting around looking stupid time per instrument.

I got my zippo lighter app all ready for the Bon Jovi show!

When are we going to have another build-off using local woods?

7 years later this guitar is still on my mind. I ended up selling it to Mario Dacosta's daughter after he passed away. It was really fun doing a build off challenge.
